Prices as follows:-
January to December : €770 per week,
Minimum stay:- June July and August 7 nights, otherwise 3 nights at €375.
All prices are inclusive of electricity, heating, Internet connection, linen and towels.
All rental rates are for full and exclusive use of the property for up to 3 persons for the period specified. Normal weekly rental period is from Saturday to Saturday in June, July and August. Arrival time is after 4.00PM, except by special arrangement. Departure time is before 10AM on date of departure. Reservations must be confirmed by a €100 (Euro) deposit, to secure the booking, balance due in full 4 weeks before arrival or by other arrangement.
